Operation
sequence at industrial wheels production
Industrial wheel production (wheels parts) is
made on separate processing lines, equipped by special and universal
for all purposes metal-working machines. The rim bases are produced
on three lines – one line is for 15" rim bases and the other
two lines are for rim bases with a diameter from 8" to 12".
The production technology is from plate material.
There are separate lines for side rings and for lock and conical
rings.
These are produced by special profile.
The discs are mainly produced in the pressing sector. The small
quantities discs trace a separate route and they are drilled by
drilling machines with programmed control instead of a press.
The product is finally accomplished on the line for electrostatic
powder painting.
