Extraordinary general meeting of shareholders is rescheduled for December 22, 2008
Balkancar-Zarya PLC-Pavlikeni has appointed a General Meeting of Shareholders on 22.12.2008 at 11:30 a.m. in Pavlikeni, 1 Tosho Katev St., under the following agenda:
- Election of an Audit Committee of the company
- Changes within the management bodies of the company
- Authorisation of the executive member of the Board to make a deal under the terms of Art. 114 (1) of the POSA with ZARYA INVEST AD
- Authorisation of the executive member of the Board to take all factual and legal steps related to the participation of Balkancar-Zarya PLC in the increase in capital of ZARYA INVEST AD through subscription to new shares
- In case of an inquorate meeting, the GMS will be held on 06.01.2009 at 11:30 a.m. at the same place under the same agenda.
The voting right will be entitled to all shareholders registered with the Central Depository AD 14 days before the GMS i.e. by 08.12.2008 (Record Date).
The final date for transacting shares of this company on the floor of BSE-Sofia, as a result of which the holder will be entitled to exercise his/her voting right at the GMS, will be 04.12.2008 (Ex Date: 05.12.2008).
