Notification of completed deals with counterparts under the terms of Art.114, Para 1 of POSA

In December 2008 Balkancar ZARYA Plc. sold goods according to contracts from 1st July 2008 signed with Watts Zarya Limited Plc. and Balkancar Ruen Plc. based on the decisions approved by the General Meeting under the terms of Art.114, Para 1 of POSA held on 30 June 2008 and their amount was as follows:

- BGN 30276,13 incl. VAT to Watts Zarya Limited Plc.
- BGN 580,46 incl. VAT to Balkancar Ruen Plc.
