Notification on the impossibility to present the Quarterly Report to the bonds issuer following the issuing terms
Related to our commitment in compliance with Art.100e, item 2 from POSA and Art.2, Para 2 from the contract on the function performance as a Debenture Holders’ Trustee DNP 0006/27.06.2007 between Balkancar ZARYA Plc and Allianz Bank Bulgaria for presenting Quarterly Reports to the Bond Issuer in compliance with Art.100e, item 2 from POSA following the issuer obligations to Debenture Holders we inform you that we encountered obstacles in performing the regular inventory procedures due to which it is not possible to prepare the Quarterly Financial Report for the last Quarter of 2008 that is a source of basic values at calculating the stipulated financial features in the contract following the Debenture Holders’ Trustee function and the Project on Allowing Corporate Bonds Issue to regular market sales.
In view of the obstacles encountered during the regular inventory procedures in the company we could commit to present the Quarterly Report for the last Quarter of 2008 on following the terms of the debenture loan on 30th January 2009.
