The bondholders of Balkancar ZARYA PLC, ISIN BG2100015077, have taken the following decisions, at the bondholders meeting dated on the 13th July 2010

The bondholders of Balkancar ZARYA PLC, ISIN BG2100015077, have taken the following decisions, at the bondholders meeting dated on the 13th July 2010:
1. Adoption of the Report about the issuer's state of business, prepared by CB Allianz Bank Bulgaria AD in its capacity of bondholders' trustee
2. Adoption of a decision, the bondholders' trustee to convene a general meeting of the bonfholders until 04.11.2010 under the same agenda of the commitments' fulfilment by the issuer with respect to the decisoins of the general bondholders' meeting dated 11.12.2009.
