Changes within the management bodies of Balkancar Zarya Plc

Under a Decision of Veliko Tarnovo District Court dated 06.06.2007, the following changes have been registered with the file of Balkancar-Zarya PLC-Pavlikeni, BSE code - ZARYA, at the Company Registry:

- Changes within the management bodies:
Striking off Marin Simeonov Georgiev from the position of a member of the Board of Directors, Executive Director and representative of the company
Registration of Evgeni Dimitrov Stoev as a member of the Board of Directors, Executive Director and representative of the company

- Amendments to the Statute of the company.
