Changes of the capital of Balkancar Zarya Plc

Under a Decision of Veliko Tarnovo District Court dated 08.06.2007, the following changes have been registered with the file of Balkancar-Zarya PLC-Pavlikeni, BSE code - ZARYA, at the Company Registry:

- Increase in the capital of the company from BGN 165,257 to BGN 1,322,056 (distributed into 1,322,056 registered shares of BGN 1.00 nominal value each) through the issuance of 1,156,799 new registered dematerialised non-privileged shares of BGN 1.00 nominal value each.
