Balkancar ZARYA has successfully executed first integration tests of “SAP All-in-One Solution” for Machinery
According to the contract for implementation of “SAP All-in-One” for Machinery between Balkancar Zarya Plc., Pavlikeni and CNT Bulgaria Consulting Ltd., Sofia and the project plan on 2nd November 2007 was completed its first stage.
During the successfully executed first integration tests was determined the efficiency of the preconfigured solution of CNT “All-in-One” in the working environment of Balkancar Zarya Plc. The Company already can use the following functionalities:
• Sales & Distributions;
• Planning and Management of Production;
• Management of Materials and Tools;
• Plant maintenance and repair;
• Quality Management;
• Financial Accounting and Controlling.
“SAP All-in-One Solution for Machinery is implemented in Balkancar Zarya Plc. to achieve the goals of the Management and presumes a change in the working stereotype and added control on its behalf. Consultations on best practices delivered by the consulting team of CNT Bulgaria Consulting reflected in the choice of solutions which optimize the processes and allow a developing organization like our one to be more effective and more flexible toward the market dynamics and new opportunities. We can rely on a high-quality team with the necessary authorizations and strong will on behalf of BCZ Management for the successful implementation of the system. Coming next are the preparation and execution of second integration tests which are scheduled for the end of November 2007. The Go Live of the project is planned for the beginning of April 2008 and it seems that the deadline will be met.
