The senior
management of BALKANCAR - ZARYA AD, represented
by the Executive Director, hereby formally
declares its Quality Policy, based on the belief
that the successful development and future of
the company depend on the trust and satisfaction
of its customers.
The policy of BALKANCAR - ZARYA AD is aimed at
continuous and comprehensive research of the
needs and requirements of the stakeholders,
ensuring the quality of the goods and services
offered as well as improving the skills of the
staff.
For the effective implementation of the Quality
Policy, the Senior Management of BALKANCAR-ZARYA
AD sets forth the following strategic goals:

9001: 2015. By adopting the modern management
approach, the management commits itself to

the set goals and guarantees the necessary
conditions for strict compliance with the
